- Purpose of the Groups and Webinars
The Founders Club uses WhatsApp, Facebook, and Microsoft Teams to engage with members through updates, discussions, and interactive webinars:
- WhatsApp Community: For announcements and updates. Members can comment or react to admin posts. These interactions are visible to other group members.
- Facebook Group: For sharing posts, updates, and discussions. Depending on group settings, members can comment and react to posts.
- Microsoft Teams Webinars: For updates on the organization’s direction and interactive presentations. Registration is required, and you must provide your name and email address. Please note that webinars will be recorded and made available for other Founders Club members to view.
- What Personal Data Will Be Processed?
- Phone Number: Required to join the group and visible to other members.
- WhatsApp Display Name: Visible to other members.
- Facebook Profile Name and Picture: Visible to other group members.
- Group Interactions: Comments, reactions, or posts made within the group.
- Microsoft Teams Webinars:
- Name and Email Address: Collected during registration for webinar invitations, updates, and follow-up materials.
- Webinar Participation Data: Questions, comments, or poll responses during webinars.
- Recording Disclaimer: Webinars will be recorded, and the recordings will be shared with other Founders Club members for educational and informational purposes.
- Legal Basis for Processing
Your data is processed under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, based on your explicit consent. Consent is obtained by becoming a Founders Club member and either:
- Ticking the consent checkbox during the Founders Donation process on our website, or
- Providing a recorded verbal agreement when making a Founders Donation over the phone.
By providing this consent, you agree to participate in WhatsApp or Facebook groups, or register for Microsoft Teams webinars under the terms provided.
- How Your Data Will Be Used
We process your personal data solely to facilitate communication and engagement:
- WhatsApp: For admin announcements and updates.
- Facebook: For posting updates and enabling discussions within the group.
- Microsoft Teams: To register participants, send invitations, provide follow-up materials, enable interaction during webinars, and share recordings with other Founders Club members.
We do not use your data for unrelated purposes.
- How Your Data Is Protected
We take the following measures to safeguard your data:
- WhatsApp: End-to-end encryption; admin access is restricted to authorized individuals.
- Facebook: Private group membership, limited to approved participants.
- Microsoft Teams: Microsoft 365 adheres to high security standards, including encryption and GDPR compliance. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.
Third-Party Responsibility: While we take precautions to secure your data, we are not responsible for the privacy practices of WhatsApp, Facebook, or Microsoft Teams. Please review their privacy policies for more details.

- How to Leave the Groups or Withdraw Webinar Participation
- Facebook: Use the “Leave Group” option. For further data removal, contact us directly.
Upon withdrawal, your data will be deleted, unless required for legal purposes.

Your data will be retained only for as long as you are part of these platforms. Once you leave, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized.
- Children’s Data
Our groups and webinars are not intended for individuals under 18. If you are under 18, parental consent is required to participate.
