Welcome to the Christian Broadcasting Network UK (“CBN UK”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms
and Conditions govern your use of our website (www.cbn.uk), our content, donation services,
in-person events, and the Hope Line.
By accessing or using our website or services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree
to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Charitable Donations
2.1 Voluntary Nature
All donations to CBN UK and the wider CBN family of ministry are made voluntarily and without
expectation of goods or services in return. Any materials sent (e.g. books, devotionals) are provided
as ministry resources, not as inducements.
2.2 Refunds
Donations may be refunded under the following conditions:
– A debit/credit card donation was made following a professional fundraising appeal and is
requested within seven days.
– A refund is legally required or justifiable under Charity Commission guidelines.
– An ex gratia refund is granted due to a compelling moral obligation.
Refunds for Direct Debits are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.2.3 Cancelling a Regular Donation
You may cancel your monthly donation at any time by contacting us. While not required, we
welcome any feedback you may wish to provide.
3. Hope Line Terms of Use
CBN UK’s Hope Line exists to offer prayer, spiritual encouragement, and faith-based support.
By calling the Hope Line, you agree to the following:
– The service is pastoral, not clinical. We do not offer legal, financial, or psychological advice.
– The Hope Line is not an emergency or crisis response line.
– Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and safeguarding purposes.
– Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will result in call termination and may be
reported to authorities.
– Persistent misuse (e.g., prank calls) will result in permanent blocking.
– As a Christian ministry, CBN UK may respectfully decline to offer prayers that do not align with our
biblical values and Statement of Faith.

4. In-Person Events and Activities
CBN UK may participate in or host in-person events including, but not limited to: church partnership
events, community outreach activities, testimony recording booths, and ministry exhibitions. By
attending or participating in these events:
– You agree to behave respectfully and in line with the values of CBN UK.
– You may be asked to consent to photography, filming, or audio recording for ministry purposes.
– You should inform a staff member if you do not wish to be recorded or photographed.
– Any abusive or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event.
– For safeguarding reasons, children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.5. Use of the Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not:
– Transmit harmful code or viruses
– Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website
– Misrepresent your identity
